JE ME SOUVIENS

Credits Tours

Choregraphy : Harold Rhéaume

Premiere : juillet 2011

Audience: General
Length: 60 minutes approx.

EXPERIENCE DANCE, OUTSIDE!

Je me souviens features a bataillon of dancers — 16 in total — letting loose in places you know well but will discover in a whole new light. Don’t think too hard. Just gather family and friends, young and old alike, and get ready to follow along in time to a parade of contemporary dance. Want to join in? Keep your eyes open — you’ll get your chance.

With Je me souviens, Festival d’été de Québec offers the chance to experience something different — new discoveries, new sensations, a new way to see the full range of our dancer’s talents. What is history? Whatever you make of it…

Who are you, a promising folk band rising from its roots in Quebec City brings you into the rhythm and along the path you follow the dancers on. The dancers wear original sculptures from André Du Bois, and costumes by Philippe Dubuc.
